These Terms & Conditions apply to couriers working at the Italian office of Just Eat Takeaway.com. Joining the Tradler platform is totally at the courier’s free discretion. By accessing the Tradler platform you declare that you accept these Terms & Conditions.
Couriers who act in violation of these terms and conditions will be excluded from participation in the Challenge.
How it works
Couriers who have freely joined the platform will be able to earn points through accolades given by peers or by achieving goals specified on the Tradler platform.
Goals and metrics are determined primarily at the national level.
JET reserves the right to suspend, revoke access to the platform at any time at its sole discretion.
Prizes
The prizes up for grabs consist of digital gift cards worth €5,10,15, expendable at the following list of participating partners:

JET assumes no responsibility for costs associated with any prize that are not specifically and expressly included in the prize itself.
Prizes may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or other goods or services. If the prize is refused and/or cannot be accepted, the prize will remain the property of JET.
Winners are strictly prohibited from selling the prize to any other person.
Prizes are personal and non-transferable.
Depending on local legislation, the value of any prize awarded as part of the use of the Tradler platform may be considered taxable income.
Awarding prizes
Participants who have obtained a sufficient number of points will be able to redeem digital gift vouchers by selecting them from those available on the platform.
In order to redeem the prize, the employee must still be working for Takeaway.com Express Italy srl as a courier on the date the prize is awarded.
If the winner’s employment with Takeaway.com Express Italy srl is terminated before the prize is redeemed, his or her right to the prize will automatically lapse.
Privacy
JET’s privacy policy ([link privacy policy]), the privacy policy for the Scoober App (you can find the policy in the “legal documentation category” under the “Get Informed” section in the Scoober App), and the GDPR find full application to personal information shared by Participants in connection with joining the Tradler platform.
The personal information made available by the Participant to the company,in connection with participation in Tradler, is used solely to enable the Participant to earn points, participate in games, and to inform the Participant about the potential winning of the prizes up for grabs.
For these purposes, personal data may also be transferred to one of our UEFA partners (ATPI or FUSE) and to our partner hosting the various games (Livewall). This data will in any case be deleted at the end of the Period of each game.
In no way, will information regarding courier membership in the Tradler platform, be used for the purpose of monitoring, controlling or evaluating courier performance or for disciplinary purposes.
Responsibility
You acknowledge that participation in the Tradler platform is voluntary and at your own responsibility.
JET assumes no responsibility for any damage, loss, liability, injury, or disappointment suffered by a participant or his/her companions as a result of joining the platform or in connection with any award.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes JET’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
JET and third parties engaged by JET are not responsible for network, hardware, or software failures of social media channels that cause delays or loss of data.
Fraud and Disciplinary Actions
In the event of circumstances beyond JET’s reasonable control, or otherwise in the event of fraud, abuse, and/or error that affects or may affect the proper functioning of the Tradler platform, JET reserves the right to cancel or modify these terms and conditions, at any stage, without notice.
JET reserves the right to exclude the participation of any Courier in the Tradler platform in case of fraud, misrepresentation or misconduct of any nature, or if the Courier is subject to any disciplinary action.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Italy.
