Changing your availability

You can change your shifts only until Tuesday at 11.59 PM from the week before the shift. In the “Shift organization” section of the Scoober App you can see an overview of your scheduled shifts. You can change your shifts only until Tuesday at 11.59pm from the week before the shift. In the “Shift Planning” section of the Scoober App you can see an overview of your scheduled shifts. To change the schedule select the shift you want to change and click on the three dots next to it. Select “Update” to make the change. If you need to change a shift for the following week after Tuesday at 11:59 pm, contact your Courier Coordinator via Ticket: Profile > Contact Form > Shift > Availability.

*LiveOPS agents cannot change shifts! Do not ask for changes via chat during the shift as they will not be taken into consideration.
