Chat and calls

You can use the chat you can contact our Live Operation Agents who will help you with the following issues:

– The customer is not at home / cannot find the intercom

– You have had an accident

– Customer complaint

– Vehicle problems

The chat icon is at the top right of your screen.

In case of an emergency during your shift (for example you have been in an accident, feel unwell, etc.) you can use the Scoober App’s “call disposition”. You will find the phone icon on the main menu which will connect you directly with LiveOPS.

For other issues select “Profile” > “Contact form” and enter the category you need help with. In this way we will send your question to the right person who will answer you via email within 48 hours.
