When you suffer an injury:
1) You have to stop working!
2) If it happened while you were working notify LiveOPS immediately on Scoober Chat, otherwise notify your Courier Coordinator on the Scoober App: Profile > Contact form > Category “Shifts” > Subcategory “Availability”.
3) Go to an emergency room or family doctor as needed.
4) You will be issued a certificate that says “per il datore di lavoro” (“for the employer”), send it to us via email within 24 hours along with an accurate description of the accident, the time and place where it occurred! Send the document via ticket under the category “sickness”.
Information that you find in the certification that INAIL will give you:
Employee name, employer data, accident dynamics, date and time of the accident and prognosis.
