Job list
In your Job List, you’ll get an overview of the individual jobs (deliveries) that you need to complete, as well as any necessary information such as:
- The address of the restaurant and the pick-up time.
- The address of the customer and the delivery time.
At the bottom of each job, you will see the restaurant and delivery addresses, and a “check” button for you to tap each time you’ve collected an order or delivered it.
The price of each order will also be stated. All orders you deliver will have been paid for online, so if a customer tries to hand you cash to pay for their order, please remind them of this.
Sometimes you will see additional information, such as specific delivery instructions from the customer. Please read these instructions carefully.
It is forbidden to save the contact details of any customer.
Job History
In the Delivery History, you’ll see an overview of the number of orders completed in a given month and the kilometers traveled between restaurants and customers. You will also be able to check all the deliveries made, including the work ID, the time of collection and delivery and the distance traveled.
