If you are unable to show up for a shift, contact via ticket the Courier Coordinator as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
Based on the weekly shifts it is your responsibility to organize yourself. Except for specific exceptions, not showing up for a shift is not allowed and will not be accepted. If you don’t show up for your shift, you won’t get paid for that working day.
