Sickness notification

In case of absence due to illness, you must communicate immediately to your Coordinator by opening a ticket on the Scoober App (Profile > Contact form > Category “shift” > subcategory “availability”).

Then you should send the registration number (numero di protocollo) within 24 hours of your absence via ticket under the category “sickness”. Until you send the registration number, your absence will be unpaid and not justified.
