Your shift

Before starting your shift:
Remember to go to the starting point that has been assigned to you and fill in the Vehicle Check form (you can find it in your Telegram group). If you don’t do the daily check, you can’t start the shift!

Once your shift has started, activate the “Currently working” (iOS) or “Play” (Android) button in the Scoober App.

It is mandatory to wear the uniform we have provided you and to have your charged phone with you!

You must be at the starting point before starting the shift!
The delay is a violation of the Company Regulation, in the event that you accumulate a delay of more than 30 minutes you will be considered absent.

Subsequently, when you arrive at the workplace (starting point assigned) and have checked the vehicle (required for your safety), you can turn on the App. At that point you will need to inform LiveOps / Dispo that you have arrived via the chat. In doing so, the agent will indicate the time of arrival and start of work during the shift.

Only by communicating your arrival to LiveOps / Dispo will you be able to start your work shift.

During the shift:

– You do not have to accept the order, acceptance is automatic. You cannot refuse orders, all orders that are given to you during the shift must be delivered!
– Park your vehicle near the restaurant and secure it.
– Once you enter the restaurant, remove your backpack and indicate the order you need to collect by dictating your TMS ID. Check the app and the receipt to verify that you have collected the right order.
– Carefully place the food in the backpack, making sure it reaches the customer intact. When you leave the restaurant, remember to indicate the end of the collection by pressing the “Fetch / check” button.
– Deliver the food to the customer, remember to always be friendly.
When you have finished the delivery, remember to press the “End delivery / check” button.

Your working day ends when your assigned shift ends. However, on some occasions we may ask you to work beyond the scheduled hours of the shift. In that case you will be paid for the extra minutes / hours you worked. If you work beyond your shift hours to deliver an order, when you finish delivering it notify LiveOPS.

Once you are done with your shift, make sure you deactivate the “At work” (iOS) or “Play” (Android) button in the Scoober App.
